The validation study demonstrates the effect of real-time feedback on running injuries and running performance. Participants who received ARION real-time feedback experienced significantly lower injury risk and lower severity injuries than those who did not receive ARION feedback.
The accuracy of commercially available instrumented insoles (ARION) for measuring spatiotemporal running metrics
The validation study of ARION insoles demonstrates their remarkable accuracy in quantifying spatiotemporal metrics during running. The insoles exhibit excellent agreement with gold-standard systems for stride time and good agreement for step frequency, contact time, and swing time across various running conditions.
