HR Officer

Job description

As an HR officer, you will be responsible for managing HR and related processes/projects for all departments within the Netherlands and UK. You will shape and develop HR processes to nurture company culture, employee wellbeing and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the inflow, throughflow and outflow of employees. You have an advisory role towards the MT when it comes to personnel matters and not only in the administration entrusted to you, but you make sure the HR operation runs smoothly daily. Besides being an HR generalist, you are passionate about coaching and develop your colleagues on a professional level, helping the company and your colleagues grow.

You will get the chance to develop your own projects think of employer branding, our pension scheme, employee journey and of course everything you envision HR should be. You will be the go-to specialist in our team when it comes to shaping HR when the company grows and scales as the company grows in future.

In simple terms, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and administrative support of all operational HR processes:
  • On- and offboarding employees
  • Coaching jr. employees, interns, and team leads on their path to becoming even better employees.
  • Contract management for employees working at ATOGEAR
  • Payroll checks and mutations
  • Time and attendance registration input and subsidy administration
  • Monitoring/case management of the Poortwachter Improvement Act, in collaboration with MT
  • Continuously improve the efficiency of administrative and operational HR processes.
  • Developing HR projects such as the RIE cycle and employer branding.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar;
  • Preferably 2+ years of work experience as an HR employee, jr HR advisor, HR officer or HR consultant or similar;
  • Knowledge of basic HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, and administration
  • Available for at least 28 per week hours and able to work in Eindhoven.
  • Excellent organisational-, leadership & communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Dutch is a must.

Artificial intelligence and Data science engineer

Job description
Your role within our organisation is new, but the expertise of data science is not new to you. As a data scientist within ATOGEAR, you get the chance to help build the data science division. You will start researching our product and how AI, machine learning, and deep neural networks aid our product and help bring it to the next level.

Besides research, you will be optimising existing networks and building new implementations from scratch is part of the job. Furthermore, you will be tasked with:

  • Aiding the technology team in building, linking, enlarging and improving data sources to build a system.
  • Building, setting up and managing data ingestion and data transformation infrastructure and automate infrastructure.

Together with the development team, you will implement your builds into our apps, dashboards and other systems. For this role, we aren’t only looking for a great data scientist. We are looking for a team player who gets excited about scaling a company to success with a dedicated team.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience as a data scientist or a similar role
  • A relevant degree, e.g. biomedical engineering or Data science
  • Affinity with running, sports and sports brands are a must
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication in English, Dutch is a plus
  • Knowledge of development Java, Matlab, Python or similar
  • Living in the vicinity of Eindhoven

Project Manager

Job description

As a project manager, you are expected to manage projects for the technology department within ATOGEAR. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordination of a broad spectrum of technology projects, guarding the scope and resources needed, keeping track of deadlines and the quality of deliverables. Additionally, as a project manager, you should help manage the day-to-day operations for the software teams and manage (internal) stakeholder’s expectations.

In simple terms, you will be responsible for:

  • Operationally managing and supporting the software development teams
  • Guarding the project scope, deadlines, and the overall quality of the projects.
  • Facilitating the project teams by defining, organising and prioritising the backlog and sprints.
  • The all-over documentation of the projects, project process and – progress.
  • Managing the internal client, e.g., stakeholder expectations.

An essential part of being a project manager is working in an agile/scrum fashion. Meaning you will have a leading role in the stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and the showcases you organise together with the software division.

At ATOGEAR, the role of Projectmanager requires a strong personality, comfortable having a leading role, a pro-active communicator and critical when it comes to project delivery and performance.

What we are looking for:

  • Basic knowledge of software development.
  • Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and basic knowledge of software development (web/app).
  • Available for 32 – 40 hours and able to work in Eindhoven.
  • Excellent organisational-, leadership & communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
