ARIONHUB Troubleshooting
My ARION Smart Insoles are not working
Learn what to do if your smart insoles are not connecting with the ARIONHUB app or are not connecting with your ARION footpods.
No pressure data on the screen
Step 1 – Verify the status light
- Check the LED indicators on the ARION footpod when attached to an ARION Smart Insole
- Blue: Connected to an ARION Smart Insole
- Green: Connected with the ARIONHUB app
- Orange: Detach and reattach the ARION footpod
- Red: Detach and reattach the ARION footpod
Note: During the connection of the ARION footpods to the ARION Smart Insoles, the LED will transition from Light Blue > Dark Blue > Green, indicating a successful connection.
Step 2 – Detach the ARION footpods
- Remove the ARION footpods from the ARION Smart Insoles
- Reattach them securely
- It can help to switch the ARION footpods between the left and right ARION Smart Insole
You always need 2 ARION footpods connected to the ARION Smart Insoles to display pressure data.
A correct connection will display two blue feet, followed by a fully functioning pressure map.
Step 3 – Check the clip connectors
Inspect the clip of the ARION Smart Insole for dust
- The clip contains connectors that must be clean to ensure a proper connection
- Gently wipe the connectors using a dry cloth
Verify Bluetooth and Internet
Step 1 – Enable Bluetooth
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth and verify if Bluetooth is enabled. You can also open the quick access menu to enable Bluetooth
Step 2 – Check the ARIONHUB app permissions
- Go into Settings > Apps > ARIONHUB and verify Bluetooth access is allowed
If you’re still experiencing issues after following these steps and tips, please consult the ARION footpods article to check whether the same problem also occurs with the ARION footpods.
Additional tips
- Keep the ARION footpods attached when switching between shoes
- When removing the ARION Smart Insoles:
- First remove the shoe’s original insole
- Then remove the ARION Smart Insole
- Avoid pulling them out by the cable
- When attaching the clip to a shoe:
- Squeeze the clip to open it; do not force it
- Attach the clip near the laces, where the shoe collar is usually narrower. Then gently slide it back towards the middle of the shoe
- When trying on a shoe, check that the ARION Smart Insole is not folded inside the shoe. The tail should sit outside the shoe and above the clip
Note: If the clip is damaged or broken, please reach out to support for further instructions.
