I cannot use the Admin Dashboard
Learn what to do if you cannot log in to the Admin Dashboard or cannot use the features in the Dashboard.
Unable to Log In
Step 1 – You may not have an account yet
If you cannot log in:
- Verify that you have set a new password after receiving the introduction email from ARIONHUB
- Verify you are using the correct email address
- Your email address must be registered in the Admin Dashboard to access the ARIONHUB app
To reset your password:
- Click ”Forgot password” and follow the instructions in the email sent to your email address
- If you did not receive a password email, please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, you might not have an ARIONHUB account. Please contact support for further assistance
Note: Please contact the owner of your ARIONHUB system to create an account for you. You can also contact support for assistance.
Step 2 – Your account may not have the required permissions
- Check with the system owner to update your role and access rights in the Admin Dashboard
